Real-time temporal coherent left ventricle segmentation using convolutional LSTMs
This is our latest work on left ventricle (LV) segmentation presented at IEEE International Ultrasonics Symposium (IUS) 2021. In this work, we have investigated the use of neural networks with convolutional long short-term memory (ConvLSTM) layers for real-time temporal coherent LV segmentation and show how it reduces segmentation flickering and other temporal segmentation errors.
